How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can, especially for Friday and Saturday nights, PD days and holidays. We'll always try for last-minute requests, but can't guarantee them.

Can I book the same sitter again?

Yes. Save a sitter as a favourite and they get first offer on your next booking. Members can set up recurring weekly sits.

How many kids does the price cover?

Every hourly rate covers up to 2 kids from your family. Each extra child adds $2.40 an hour ($2.16 for members). Junior sitters care for up to 2 kids.

Which sitter tier do I need?

Junior sitters (16 to 17) suit older kids during the day and early evening. Core sitters (18+) cover most evenings and weekends. Choose ECE / Plus for babies, toddlers or kids with additional needs.

Do sitters drive my kids anywhere?

No. Little Break sitters care for your kids at home and don't drive them.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes, 3 hours. Night Care is booked by the night.
