Every hour includes our vetting, training, liability insurance and replacement guarantee. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include our service fee.
Evenings and weekends
Choose the sitter tier that fits your kids. Every rate covers up to 2 children from your family. Minimum booking is 3 hours.

Join, book a pack of 3 visits, and one of them is free.
Example: three 4-hour Core visits at member rates are $285.12. You pay $190.08 and save $95.04. The free visit covers up to 4 hours with a Core sitter for up to 2 kids; upgrade to ECE or add hours and you pay only the difference. Use all 3 visits within 6 months while your membership is active. Standard cancellation policy applies.
Night Care · Postpartum support
You sleep. We've got the baby.
A qualified newborn sitter stays awake all night: feeds, changes, settling, bringing baby to you to nurse, washing bottles and a night log by morning.
Twins or multiples add $6 an hour. Members get priority booking for Night Care.
Sick Day care
For colds, sniffles and kids on the mend. Specially trained sitters, masks for respiratory illness, a Sick Day Kit and a wipe-down before they leave. A Little Report is included free.
Fever, recent vomiting or diarrhea, or a contagious illness stays with a parent. You'll do a quick symptom check when you book.

A video call with an RN or Nurse Practitioner from our licensed partner. You join from work. Emergencies always go to 911.
PD days, sorted before the school year gets busy.
Pre-book your school's professional development days at least 30 days ahead and save 10%. Full-day care from a vetted sitter, the same sitter every time where possible.
Siblings covered at the extra-child rate. The cancellation policy applies to each day.

Cancellation and refund policy
We save your card when you book and charge it 24 hours before your sit, so our sitters are always paid for the time they set aside for you.

Move it, don't lose it
No refund, but you can move your booking to another date at no extra cost. Use your credit within 90 days.
Less than 24 hours
Non-refundable
Your sitter is paid for the time they held for you. This includes no-shows.
If we cancel or can't find a sitter, you get a full refund, always.
Kid woke up sick? Switch to a Sick Day sit instead of cancelling, if your child qualifies, and pay only the Sick Day premium.
Events, Night Care packs and business plans have their own terms, set out in your quote or agreement.
