Event questions
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, ideally 6 to 8 weeks ahead for weddings and busy seasons like December and Stampede.
What do you need from the venue?
A separate room close to the event, ideally near a washroom, with a door we can manage. We bring the rest.
How many sitters will we need?
It depends on the number and ages of the kids. Younger children need more adults, and every room has an ECE lead. Your quote spells it out.
Are you insured?
